WHY SHOULD YOU WORK WITH US INSTEAD OF BOOKING ON YOUR OWN?

WHY DO WE CHARGE A TRIP CRAFTING FEE ?

Each vacation we plan includes hours of research, plotting, planning, and reserving. 

Crafting a bespoke trip requires a lot of time and we love to make it perfect and personalized for each client.

That’s why we ask to our clients to commit with a “Trip crafting fee” (€300 for your travel party / non-refundable).

If you confirm your trip with us, this fee will be deduced from the total trip price. 


HOW DO YOU CONTACT US IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY DURING THE TRIP?

We will be in touch and available 24/7 during your stay (via WhatsApp, phone calls, e-mails) for anything you might need while you are in France.  


CAN WE BOOK JUST SOME TOURS OR ACTIVITIES ?

We are a full-service travel agency, and we specialize in planning every aspect of our clients’ trips from “A to Z.”

This includes unique accommodations, private tours, transfers, skip-the-line tickets, restaurant reservations, concert tickets, and more.

We do not offer bookings for just private tours, accommodation, or skip-the-line tickets separately. We book the entire trip as a complete experience. If you're looking for a "full" experience, we would be happy to help you!


CAN WE ASSIST WITH RESTAURANT RECOMMENDATIONS AND RESERVATIONS?

Yes, absolutely! We are huge foodies, and we have a list of incredible restaurants and charming spots all across France. Whether you are looking for Michelin-starred fine dining or hidden gems with authentic local flavors, we’ve got you covered. We can make reservations for you at the best places to ensure you have a memorable dining experience.


WHAT IS A ROADBOOK?

We will send your “day-to-day roadbook” about 6 weeks prior to your trip via TRAVEFY application.

In this document, we will include our favorite restaurants in each area, the guide’s details, the meeting points, some inspiration for your free time, shopping tips, bookstores, where to find the best cheese shops and all types of useful information for your trip.

WHAT IS THE COST OF OUR TRIPS?

The total cost of your trip, managed by our agency, depends on activities, accommodations, travel duration, and other inclusions you approve. Payments are divided into three parts: planning fee, partial deposit, and final balance.

As a reference, a typical 7-day trip (Paris + another region) is estimated at €10,000 for two people.


CAN THE COST OF THE ITINERARY BE ITEMIZED?

We won't be able to provide an itemized cost breakdown. As you know, the vast majority of our work involves crafting one-of-a-kind vacation packages that include all components of the trip (including all logistics and transportation, accommodations, private tours, 24/7 on-the-ground support, on-trip concierge services...). Our local partners secure and offer to us negociated and contracted rates that are confidential to the public and therefore unable to be itemized.

If adjustments need to be made to the itinerary (no problem at all, we will be happy to do so), we will provide a new total trip price following the changes.

The tours designed by our agency are sold as packages and priced per person, couple, or family. Therefore, we do not provide cost breakdowns for individual components.


WHAT IS OUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Our cancellation policy is simple: we offer a refund until 12 weeks prior to your arrival. 

If you cancel before this time, we only keep €300 per person (cancelation fee).
